We respect your privacy! Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed. Any information you give to us will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
Elevate Youth Sports does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including survey forms or email lists.
Elevate Youth Sports occasionally analyzes our website logs to constantly improve the value of the content available on our website. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.
Elevate Youth Sports launched a voluntary registration system for users in September, 2009. Individuals must affirmatively request to join our mailing lists by signing up through a form on our web site. We will not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease these addresses on our list to anyone, though we will use this mailing list to keep members informed of upcoming events and to market our leagues and tournaments.

Elevate Youth Sports Refund Policy
Elevate Youth Sports recognizes that, from time to time, plans change for people that comprise their schedules. As such, we have adopted the following policy for refunds to accommodate people whose plans have changed while maintaining our financial responsibilities to the Town of Flower Mound and our leagues:
1. Full refund (100%) prior to the start of league play;
2. Fifty percent (50%) refund within two weeks after the start of league play;
3. No refunds (0%) will be given two weeks subsequent to the start of league play;
4. Under no circumstances will the Town of Flower Mound usage fee be refunded regardless of when the refund was requested.
